To be honest, I do not consider it waterproof at all, not at all! When it was delivered, I, of course, tried it on my hand and oh my, it is really difficult to wash off, even with soap. BUT: I applied it to my eyelids and it was a disaster because it smudged on my upper eyelid within a short period of time, literally 20-30 minutes, and I turned into some kind of panda, it was just awful. I also tried it on eyeshadow and on a base...it doesn't work, it smudges, even though I don't have a droopy eyelid and it has always worked perfectly with other eyeliners. Overall, I am absolutely dissatisfied, I will never buy it again!
