Yes, unfortunately there is no peony scent(((( I wasn't expecting much, just thought "what if". The scent of peony is very difficult to reproduce. The actual smell is bitter and floral, somewhat resembling cloves. I bought it to fragrance the room in a humidifier.
There is no peony in the composition, I didn't notice it when I ordered, but then I read it on the packaging.
