It didn't work for me either, there's no difference whether with it or without it.
The jar is small, and the menthol is so cold that it feels like it's freezing my head. There are not enough exfoliating particles. The effect is zero.
I have ordered this product probably for the third time now. This scrub is perfect for me as it leaves my hair shiny and soft. I am a blonde with dyed hair, so I obviously combine the scrub with other hair care products.
Ladies, do not waste your money on this product. It does a poor job of removing makeup, and after using it, your hair feels rough. It is nearly impossible to rinse off and leaves your skin feeling unclean.

This is not a scrub! It's a jelly-like substance that not only fails to exfoliate but also doesn't rinse off from the hair. In my opinion, this is the worst product ever.
The scrub effectively cleanses and cools the scalp. I wouldn't say that it can be used as a shampoo. However, personally, it is a wonderful option for scalp care.
The shampoo has a distinct but pleasant scent, and the sensation of menthol is superb. It lathers well and cleanses effectively. However, it didn't suit me as my scalp becomes greasy already the next day (my scalp type is normal).
This product is extremely and very poor.
Interesting aroma and sensations from menthol. The idea of a scrub for the scalp is completely pointless, I think shampoo alone can handle it. It is very difficult to apply, and it's of a strange black color, it's scary to wash it off ))))
I am very disappointed with this purchase. There is no effect at all, it spreads on the scalp extremely poorly, almost not at all. I didn't feel any cooling sensation on my skin, as expected.
Considering the small volume, not so small price, and the lack of effect, I believe this is a useless item :(
This scrub is excellent! It gave my hair a nice root volume and slightly cools the scalp. The exfoliating particles are small and don't tangle in the hair.
The consistency of this product is very unusual, it reminds me of mud from the bottom of a river. However, the scrub itself is good! After using it, my hair gains extra volume and freshness that lasts for several days. I recommend using shampoo additionally to wash it off since it tends to stay on the hair roots. One plus point is the pleasant coolness it provides on the scalp.

There are only a few particles of treasure. It washes off easily. I can't say there is any super effect, but the overall feeling after washing is pleasant. I use shampoo > this scrub > shampoo again.
A scrub with noticeable particles, resembling liquid charcoal. The mint cools the skin and scalp, and I noticed that my hair stays cleaner for longer after using it.

I have never used scrubs like this before, and I was missing out. I really liked both the process and the results. I massaged it vigorously because it seemed like there weren't too many exfoliating particles, but I wanted the best outcome. The product made my hair very slippery, which was great because it prevented tangling. The cooling sensation of the menthol was pleasant. The packaging does not specify how long to leave it on, but I massaged for about 5 minutes and left it on for another 5. The results were amazing - I have never had this much volume before. I used to always dry my hair upside down, but it still looked flat, whereas now it's like night and day. My hair also feels fresher for longer. I used to wash my hair every other day and use dry shampoo on the second day, but now I can go an extra day - I wash it on the third day. The packaging is smaller than I thought, but it will last me about 3 uses. I just don't know how often I should use it. It's been a week and I'm still seeing results.
