I bought it not here, but in Poland. When applied, it slightly lightens the tone and smoothes the skin texture, but if there is redness, it won't make a significant difference. Foundation from L'Oréal and Maybelline applied poorly, with streaks (even when blended with a brush/sponge), in some areas the tone did not apply at all.
