If you use it for a long time (as a maintenance therapy), it stops being effective (but it relieves itching). What makes it better than Vichy green shampoo is that it is very gentle on the hair, unlike Vichy Dercos.

This shampoo was recommended to me by a dermatologist. I use it 1-2 times a week alternating with a shampoo for sensitive scalp. I can't say that it works 100% effectively, but it definitely improves the condition compared to not using it.

The shampoo was recommended by a dermatologist, but it turned out to be terrible. After using it, my scalp started to itch even more, and it became very dry and sensitive. It's unpleasant to touch, and my hair became incredibly dry and impossible to comb. The consistency is thick like paste, and it foams heavily. I don't understand why there are such positive reviews. It might only be suitable for people with very oily scalp and hair.

I had lost hope after Sulsen and Vishy's range of products stopped helping. But this shampoo is amazing! I'm willing to forgive its cost because it really works. I also bought the Sebodian emulsion with it, as Seborrheic Dermatitis has affected not only my scalp but also my face. The tube may seem small, but the trick is that the shampoo is like soft caramel - you only need a little bit and it lathers well with water on your hair. There is a lot of foam! The first time, I thought it was liquid like all other shampoos and squeezed out a big "sausage". The itching was unbearable - the night before the shampoo arrived, I almost scratched my scalp off. After the first wash, my skin calms down and I feel like I can live again. I am currently finishing my third week of washing every 1-2 days. No dandruff, no flakes. I have noticed that the itching still returns due to diet or stress. But I am still satisfied with the shampoo and will buy the whole series again, along with the emulsion and serum.
