I would have liked to see more effectiveness in this product - for it to provide better hair relief. The effect is barely noticeable, especially if you have hard water flowing from your tap at home. However, I do love this brand, so I give it four stars.

I bought the entire series. The advantages are: it has low consumption because the shampoo foams excellently, and you only need a little bit of conditioner (it is thick); the shampoo rinses well; the conditioner moisturizes adequately (leaving the hair soft). It does not cause dandruff. Regarding hair protection and damage prevention, I cannot say anything. The downsides are: it has a strong smell, which is not bad, it resembles the smell of conditioners from cheap hair dyes, but it is intense; it slightly weighs down the hair and makes it look slightly dull (it looks normal, but when compared to the effect of the same Herbal Essences, it seems that they don't shine as much).
