It can be used as a solid Vaseline. If you experience unpleasant sensations on your lips, you can also use it to groom your eyebrows.
I didn't buy it here, but it came packaged in a blister, it looks nice and all... but the smell is so awful that there's nothing to compare it to. As for the shine, it's just ordinary, white in color, transparent, nothing special except for the horrible chemical odor.

Horrible balm, and the packaging is of poor quality. Chupa Chups is just a name, I bought three and threw them away. That's what you call saving money.
I bought this balm elsewhere, but its quality is pretty bad. Besides the flashy packaging and overly strong cherry scent, it didn't stand out in any other way.
