This is my perfect toothpaste. I have sensitive teeth and delicate gums, and it helps me clean them well. What I particularly like is that it doesn't have that overpowering mint or eucalyptus sensation in my mouth, which can be unpleasant and "tingle" my taste receptors. It also doesn't foam excessively, so it doesn't feel like it's going to come out of my ears, even though I use a very small amount. I have been using it for about a year now. Occasionally, for variety, I switch to other toothpastes from the same brand that I also like.

I didn't like the toothpaste, it doesn't give a fresh feeling and doesn't fulfill its main and only task. I don't feel any freshness in the morning, as if I didn't brush my teeth before bed at all. Before this, I alternated between Parodontax and Sensodyne, and everything was great. Well, I won't even mention the whitening effect, it's also not there. I only give it a 3/5 for its natural composition, but I won't buy this toothpaste again.

It cleans very well with a soft brush and without aggressive ingredients or fragrances that make your eyes water or irritate your mucous membranes. This is the toothpaste that I use to brush my teeth, and I see a nice white foam (those with bleeding gums will understand). My gums are clearly grateful for the choice, and so are my teeth. You can forget about ineffective Parodontax, Lacalut, Sensodyne, and so on. By the way, please note that the toothpaste comes in a 100ml tube, not the standard 75ml, so everything is good in terms of price as well.
