The essential oil "Nutmeg Sage" by "Aromatika" brand has a profound effect on the overall state of the body. The product strengthens, soothes, and has a beneficial effect on the vocal cords. Its antiseptic and antimicrobial properties are highly effective in treating inflammations and skin diseases. Cuts, ulcers, and boils heal significantly faster when sage is used as a supplementary remedy.
This essential oil also has a wonderful effect on hair, making it smooth, shiny, and manageable. It can be added to shampoos and conditioners, combined with other essential oils, such as chamomile or bergamot. It is particularly beneficial for those with oily hair or hair prone to falling out.
How to use:
In aroma lamps – 2 to 5 drops per 15 m² of space.
Aroma medallions: 1-2 drops.
For massage — 3-5 drops per 10 ml of carrier oil.
Reflexology massage: mix with a carrier vegetable oil in a 1:1 ratio.
In the bath — 3 to 7 drops of oil, previously mixed with an emulsifier (1/4—1/3 cup of milk, whey, a solution of sea or table salt).
For a foot bath: 6 -7 drops of pre-emulsified essential oil.
Saunas: 4-5 drops per 15 m².
The scent is unique and may not be suitable for everyone. I personally add it to my body scrub and I like it.

The scent is not for everyone; sometimes I inhale it for variety.
I simply love breathing this oil.
I bought it for my aroma lamp and really liked the scent. But my last purchase had a strong smell of medicinal sage instead of nutmeg. It's a waste of money.
