Body Massage: Add 5-6 drops of oil to 10 ml of your favourite carrier oil.
Pain Relief: Apply 2-3 drops topically to the area of concern.
Aromatherapy: Add 3-5 drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale the steam deeply. If using a diffuser, follow the device’s instructions to get the right ratio of oil to water.
Spot Skin Treatment: Dilute 1-2 drops of oil with a carrier oil and apply directly to blemishes or scars using a cotton swab.

The oil is excellent, with a genuine mint scent. I previously bought a cheaper brand and it had a weaker and somehow artificial smell. Therefore, I definitely recommend this one. I use it for moisturizing, and everything is perfect.
A decent manufacturer, not perfect of course, but for its price, the quality is quite good. It's just a pity that the packaging was drenched in oil, and the scent spread throughout the whole package, although only a little bit leaked out.
