The oils in the container are solidified, but when applied to the lips, they immediately melt and moisturize the skin very well. The scrubbing effect is pretty good.
The only pleasant thing about this scrub is its scent. The exfoliating particles are too large for delicate lip skin, so I will use it on my body instead.
