People who know about makeup will tell you that moisturizing before applying make-up is very important. If you moisturize your skin well and correctly, no cosmetic product will dry it out. Let's address the second problem, which is the creasing of the concealer around the eyes. It is a common issue, but the solution is quite simple. Powder is your ally. If you set everything with powder (if you're not a fan, apply it only under the eyes), creasing and wrinkles will no longer bother you.
