This balm completely ruined the tips of my hair. It tangled them up and made them extremely difficult to comb through. It also left my hair very dry. I couldn't stand it anymore and ended up buying a different product. I do not recommend it.
I absolutely love the entire range of products. They have strengthened my hair and reduced its tendency to become greasy quickly.
I didn't like the conditioner at all. It doesn't do anything ((although it does have a fresh, citrusy scent, which is its only advantage) and it has a natural composition).

However, the conditioner is a disaster for my dyed hair. After using it, my hair becomes even stiffer than after shampooing, which should be the opposite. It feels like this conditioner takes away moisture instead of softening. If I don't follow up with a third step of using some oil or fluid after washing, I can't imagine what my hair would be like.
