Eveline Cosmetics Precise Eye Liner Brush Eyeliner-Pen

I have purchased this product multiple times, but this time I received a terrible eyeliner. It does not draw well and smudges easily when touched. Interestingly, the eyeliner that is nearly finished actually draws much better than the new one. Below are photos of the new eyeliner and the one that is almost empty.

I read a comment from a girl who managed to fix this eyeliner. She said that you need to use a needle to "poke" at the base of the eyeliner (between the bristles) and it will start drawing vividly. And it worked! I tried it and managed to save two eyeliners this way.

The brush for the eyeliner is simply perfect. With it, you can draw neat, thin lines, and the brush won't dry out like a marker. It dispenses just the right amount of eyeliner, no more, no less, making it difficult to get messy. However, I thought the eyeliner would be super long-lasting, but it's not. The corners tend to smudge a bit towards the end, and if you take a nap or your eyes water, it smears. Maybe it will hold better with an eyeshadow base. However, it applies nicely on eyeshadows, although it's not long-lasting. On the bright side, it comes off easily with regular micellar water. If it were highly long-lasting, it could be considered the best eyeliner, but for now, it's similar to the Lamel Moonrise, the purple one, which is also very good, by the way.

In my long time as their customer (over 11 years), I've only had 1 or 2 unpleasant incidents, but the managers have always been attentive and fixed the situation.
