How do I exchange or return goods?

You can return your order within 14 days, provided the items are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Opened or tested cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If the item is damaged or faulty, please send photos and a short explanation to our customer support team. We will review your request, provide return instructions and arrange a courier collection. Refunds are issued within 14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

How does delivery work and how long does it take?

We deliver across the UK via Evri (formerly Hermes) courier, to Evri parcelshops or lockers. Delivery cost: £3.90, free for orders over £19. Estimated delivery time is 3-4 working days from dispatch.

Nature Queen Tea Tree Essential Oil is a highly effective tea tree essential oil, known for its antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and immune-boosting properties. This oil is a powerful natural remedy for combating bacteria, viruses, and fungi, making it an indispensable assistant in your home medicine cabinet. It is used in aromatherapy to ease breathing, improve concentration, and increase energy, as well as a topical treatment for skin care, especially in cases such as acne, fungal infections, and other inflammatory processes.

Do not apply tea tree oil directly to skin. Always dilute it with a carrier oil, such as olive, coconut or almond. Avoid contact with the eyes.

Skin: Add 2-3 drops for every 10 ml of your favourite face or toner.

Hair: Add 30 drops for every 200 ml of your favourite shampoo. In case of pediculosis, use such shampoo 2-3 times a week.

Nails: Pour 5-10 drops on the cotton pad or washcloth.

Foot Bath: Add 7-10 drops per 500 ml of warm water.

Aromatherapy: Place a couple of drops in a steaming bowl of hot water and lean over it to inhale the aromatic vapours with a towel draped over the head and the bowl.
