I have normal skin that tends to be dry. This toner makes my skin feel tight. I also didn't notice any toning effect or moisturization. It's a shame I wasted my money.

I have been purchasing cosmetics from this manufacturer for a long time, and all their products are something special. It's perfectly fine that there are preservatives in the ingredients, considering that the shelf life of this cosmetics is 1 year, not 1 month. What can we say about products that claim to be natural, yet have a 3-year shelf life?
The only positive aspect is its natural composition. It seems to provide some moisturizing effect. However, there is no sensation of cleanliness and freshness after use. I will not purchase it again.
