This product definitely doesn't remind me of water. And I wouldn't say that it refreshes, quite the opposite. The spices give it warmth, with an aftertaste of a hot day in the south. The energizing effect is enhanced by woody notes. The scent is everyday, but not suitable for hot days. It will feel suffocating.
I ordered this as a gift back in the summer. It's a great option for young people. It's light and has a pleasant scent.
