I bought this product elsewhere, but after a week of using it, it caused itching, pimples, and dandruff.

I didn't expect a "wow effect" from the shampoo when purchasing it, but I am genuinely impressed with its quality. It has a pleasant scent and feels gentle when used. I read that others in their reviews don't highly recommend this shampoo, but everyone has different hair types, so if it works for one person, it doesn't necessarily mean it will work for another. Personally, this shampoo is perfect for my dry and tangled winter hair. Right now, my hair is soft, moisturized, and smooth.
