I ordered a shampoo for shine and nourishment, but received one for weakened and prone to hair loss. It's not critical, but not pleasant either. I really wanted to receive what I ordered in the first place.
The shampoo is gentle and does not dry out the scalp. It doesn't lather too much, which is completely normal for a sulfate-free shampoo. If you wash your hair with it twice in a row, your hair will become soft and shiny.
My hair is long, thin, and not porous. It gently cleanses the scalp and makes it easy to comb the hair afterwards (although I still use conditioner or a hair mask). I have bought it several times already and will continue to buy it.
