I really liked this shampoo! I highly recommend it. It effectively eliminates yellow tones and leaves the hair with a beautiful silver shade. Just be careful as it tends to stain the hands a bit ;)
The best toning shampoo always gives an ash color. I used a whole bottle (used it for about two years). I will buy more, I really liked it.

I have used this shampoo on both my highlighted hair up to level 10 and my hair dyed with 9.11 hair dye. The shampoo really does noticeably tone and give an ashy shade! In terms of texture, it is thick and slowly pours out of the bottle, but it is easy to apply and lathers quickly. However, it does dry out my hair, even with my short haircut, causing it to tangle. Therefore, I wash my hair for the first time with regular shampoo, then leave a hair mask on for 5 minutes or a conditioner for 2 minutes, and only then use this shampoo for 7-10 minutes, depending on how much more time I spend in the shower. I'm not afraid of over-toning, I actually like even intense gray shades. When I highlighted my regrowth after the first dyeing and dyed it again, there was a difference between the warm beige roots and the already twice-dyed cool ashy lengths and ends. I was hoping that the shampoo would visually even out the tone, but no - the roots remained with a warm shade, while the ends became intensely gray! I also have another toning shampoo, Indola Silver Shampoo, and it gives a more natural effect in this case - the ends are not toned as strongly into a cold gray-blue, but acquire a pleasant ashy cool blonde tint, and the roots, although not perfectly even in tone, are not as prominent.
I have bleached, fine hair with damaged ends, and after using this shampoo, my scalp feels dry. However, when I immediately follow it with a hair mask, everything is fine. It tones my hair well, although it slightly darkens it. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue using it.

It is great for those who need to tone their color, but I don't recommend it for blondes.
