I didn't buy it on the website. If you don't mind the warehouse (it doesn't say anything useful, just coke oil and silicone), and you like sweet scents that last long, then go ahead and get it. I would buy it again just for the scent :)
The smell is very heavy and unpleasant.
I use it together with the shampoo from the same series. After using it, my hair feels soft, silky, and doesn't tangle.

The shampoo from this series is excellent, but the conditioner didn't work out for me. It left my hair greasy and dull. I didn't like it. I won't buy it again.

I have been buying this balm for the third time along with the same shampoo. At first, I fell in love with the scent because I love everything coconut. The first few times, I liked how my hair looked, but then something went wrong. I stopped using them and now I've come back to them, and everything is good again. I can't understand what happened, maybe it's true what many say that it just didn't rinse out properly because the water pressure is not always good. However, if you wash your hair well, it becomes smooth, lightweight, and very fragrant. Overall, they are currently one of my favorites.

I didn't like it! The shampoo from this series is really great! However, the conditioner dries out the ends and clumps them together, making them look like icicles and tangling the hair. As a result, the hair ends up looking very sparse and thin after using the conditioner.
I really liked it, my hair feels smooth and shiny. Looking for downsides: it reduces volume but adds sweetness and makes it slightly greasy. However, the overall effect is great.
