I heated it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
It smells nice and doesn't hurt.
A small drawback is that it is white and you can't see where it is when it's on the skin.
I give it 4 stars because it remains soft and doesn't handle short hairs well.

I bought White Chocolate and Coconut, there was no difference. They work the same. I will deduct 1 point only because I cannot remove those wax particles that remain on the skin with anything at all. My method is: shower, good body cream, preferably with oils, and covered clothing. There is nothing left the next day. I will finish the remaining cartridge and will order a lot at once to avoid paying extra for delivery from the EU.
