I bought this balm purely out of curiosity about the ingredients. )) As a cream, it is a bit runny, and the moisturizing effect is average. I haven't tried it for reducing swelling and tiredness. I do want to mention the scent separately: it is something else, simply amazing. I don't know whether it's the chestnut or the hemp that creates such a overpowering "aroma," but the smell is just captivating. ))
