The shampoo really adds volume, but it must be used with a conditioner. The ends become dry. Also, it leaves a pleasant scent after use.
I really liked the shampoo. It gives volume to my thin hair. My hair looks well-groomed, as if I just had a salon treatment. However, like any professional shampoo, it is not meant for daily use.
The size is average, but the packaging is not very convenient for such a thick product. I give stars for the scent, lack of greasiness, and good cleansing function. With these characteristics, one can search for a more budget-friendly option.
I didn't like it. It didn't work well with my hair, as it quickly becomes greasy. I didn't notice any increase in volume. The only positive aspect is that it leaves my hair looking shiny. The shampoo's consistency is thick, making it difficult to squeeze out of the tube.
I ordered this shampoo together with the mask and conditioner. The mask really dries out my hair, but I moisturize them additionally with Loreal oil and vitamins, so it's okay. I am satisfied with the shampoo and conditioner 100%. Even my friends noticed the new shine in my hair.
Regarding the previous comments about "itchy scalp." I also noticed this in the past three months. But during that period, I was using another shampoo, an Israeli one, which was also very good. I thought the itchiness was because of that and bought CHI again. The itchiness only continued after the first wash, and then it went away. So, what if the issue is not with the shampoo but with the water? Or other reasons, but not the shampoo.

The worst shampoo ever in my life!!!! Surprisingly, when I ordered it for the first time, it worked perfectly - it gave volume and my hair stayed less oily than usual, so I didn't have to wash them as often. BUT!!! What kind of devilish formula arrived to me the second time?? After a month of using it, I noticed that my scalp itches horribly after each application, and it doesn't stop!!! My hair becomes greasy after just one day, the ends are dried out, even though I used the same "wonderful" mask from the same series, which I will write a separate review about!!

The smell is simply amazing and it lingers on the hair. Everyone loves it, especially men. I used it together with the conditioner from the same series. On the first day, my hair looked fabulous - smooth and shiny. But on the second day, they became horribly frizzy (my friend had the same result - hair looks bad on the second day). Unfortunately, I didn't dare to try the full version with this drawback. However, it's worth buying just for the scent alone.
