However, I recently discovered that my favorite mascara, L'Oreal Telescope, doesn't wash off at all (either the formula changed or I don't know what happened). On the other hand, Bioderma easily removes everything in just one swipe, without drying out my skin or causing any irritation. It's simply perfect. I have been using this micellar water for several years now. Before that, I was using La Roche. This one is significantly better; yes, it needs to be rinsed off, but even after that, I don't feel any tightness - I have very dry and sensitive skin. I have tried replacing it several times due to the price, but every time I come back to it because only with this one my skin is free from irritations, inflammations, and redness; it doesn't crack, itch, etc.

Excellent micellar water. Removes makeup easily, without friction. Sometimes I use it as a toner to cool/refresh/moisturize my face. I don't know what the secret is, but if I have inflamed, red skin in the morning after a night out, it calms down and smoothes out within half an hour after using this micellar water.
But it definitely needs to be rinsed off (like any other micellar water): there is no feeling of a greasy film (like after using L'Oreal's two-phase makeup remover), but there is still a sensation that there is some product on the skin - without a doubt. Not tightness, not greasiness, just "something".

Ladies! Any micellar water needs to be rinsed off! Even the one that says "no rinsing required"! It's not a toner, so some people may feel a film on their face. The micellar water is good, but the price doesn't match the ingredients, it's too high.
