I bought an eyeliner in Slovakia when the borders were still open. And this is the first eyeliner that has lasted me so long and doesn't cause any irritation at all. At first, it was difficult to get used to the shape of the pen, but then it became just like using a regular one. BUT! I store it vertically with the tip facing downwards.
I wasn't very pleased with this eyeliner. It drew precise lines well for about two weeks, but then the tip started to dry out and apply the product unevenly.
