A very worthy toner for its price. It provides excellent hydration. The consistency is like that of a liquid gel, slightly thicker than water but denser compared to the toner from Innisfree, for example.
However, the scent... It smells like some vintage floral perfume, or rather, a very cheap imitation of it. The problem is that the scent is very strong and lingers for about three hours. I'm not sure if I'll be able to get used to it.
I really liked this liquid-gel tonic. I have no complaints about it, and the overall experience has been great. I highly recommend it.
