I've been using this product for six months after my dermatologist recommended it for treating inflamed acne. I apply it directly to the breakouts, and within a day or two, even the most painful pimples disappear quickly.
This is a good cream.
The product tends to clump.
This cream doesn't help at all with acne, acne scars, or breakouts. I'm dissatisfied and won't be purchasing it again.
Thank you so much! I placed the order in the evening, and everything was delivered the next day!
Perhaps someone will find my review helpful. However, I absolutely do not recommend this cream. I have combination skin that is prone to breakouts, and I have been treating acne for 7 years. I always used a different cream, but it ran out and I had this unused one at home as a gift. I used it for about 2 weeks and the results were terrible. My pores became enlarged, I had a lot of closed comedones and subcutaneous pimples. My skin was already completely free of breakouts, smooth, and clean. I absolutely do not recommend it. I give it 2 stars for the pleasant scent and temporary effect of even skin.
The cream is nice, but sometimes it feels like it melts on my skin. Especially when it's hot, but otherwise it's all good.
I have been using this product for 3 years exclusively. I have pores, pimples, and uneven skin texture. I am even afraid to switch to something else because when I use this product, I don't have any breakouts and it holds my powder well without smudging. I also love their micellar water and rose face wash. I recommend to everyone who has the same problems as me to remove makeup with their rose micellar water, wash your face with the rose face wash (don't choose the green one). And apply this cream. Your skin will gradually even out (breakouts will somehow disappear). I am 35 and before using this cream, my skin was like a chocolate bar with nuts. Now everything has disappeared. It is perfect under powder and foundation, just make sure to properly cleanse your skin. With this skincare routine, there are no flaky patches on the skin.
This cream is just average, neither exceptional nor lacking. It doesn't deliver any noticeable effect, but at least it lasts for a long time (which is its only positive aspect).
It does mattify, but throughout the day even SPF rolls off on it, and after a week of nighttime use, my whole skin was covered in inflammations. It didn't work for me. The scent is strongly chemical, which may be important for someone.
Combination skin, no issues with breakouts. This cream is good, it doesn't roll off and doesn't cause any pimples. It absorbs quickly and doesn't feel sticky, it mattifies the skin. It doesn't have an overpowering smell and lasts for a long time. It won't provide super-duper hydration, but it's perfect for maintaining the skin during the summer, in my opinion.
I expected more from the cream. It leaves a somewhat silicone-like film, so it appears that the skin has become more even and better. However, the effect only lasts for a few hours, and it is not therapeutic, but only cosmetic.
It provides pleasant moisture, but leaves a mask-like feeling on the skin. When you sweat, it creates a greenhouse effect because it doesn't allow moisture to escape, resulting in even more breakouts. I used it for 3 months, but once I realized its issue and removed it from my skincare routine, my skin condition improved.
This cream is amazing! As soon as I start using it, my pimples disappear immediately. I have normal skin with open pores, post-acne marks, and occasional breakouts. I have already used three jars of it. I used it during winter and spring, and it provided enough nourishment, leaving my skin super. During the summer, I decided to try a different cream from Renew, but as soon as the cold weather arrived, my skin started peeling and I developed small breakouts. I put that cream aside for warmer weather and returned to this one. It probably suits me perfectly.
I really liked this cream. I have problematic skin that is prone to acne and blackheads. The cream does not dry out the skin and I have significantly fewer breakouts when using it together with the cleansing gel from the same line. I usually use it at night. I don't like creams with a strong scent, and this one is a perfect fit.
I have been using this product for over a month, so I can leave a review. It does help with reducing active red breakouts on my face, although these breakouts have now turned into under-the-skin pimples (the only positive aspect is that my face doesn't feel tight or overly dry like it sometimes does with combination skin). Another positive is that my face doesn't appear shiny like it does with La Roche-Posay Effaclar. Therefore, I am giving it two stars. Overall, I will look for something else for skincare.
Did not help with breakouts, wasted money. Does not reduce inflammation on the face, and it's quite expensive.
I have combination, problematic, sensitive, and dehydrated skin. At first, it seemed like the cream was wonderful since it perfectly evened out my skin tone and had a matte effect. However, after a week of using it, my skin developed a significant amount of breakouts.
The cream is really great. It has a nice texture and a pleasant fresh scent (it reminds me of some mint and gentle menthol). The skin becomes matte but not overly dry after using it. On touch, the skin feels velvety.
The only downside is that it cannot be used as a makeup base - the CC cream applies unevenly and in patches on top of it. My friend had the same experience, so I only use this cream at night or in the morning when I don't need to go anywhere or apply makeup. I have to buy a universal cream from Cerave because makeup applies well on top of it.
The cream has an awful silicone scent and, to make matters worse, it caused subcutaneous pimples.
I struggled with late acne on my cheeks and chin for an entire year. Finally, I decided to visit a dermatologist and she suggested a treatment involving tablets and skincare. I chose to start with the Bioderma Atoderm face wash and this cream. After a month, I no longer have any breakouts and my post-acne marks are gradually fading. I highly recommend starting with this, as it may be sufficient for you, just like it was for me.
This product has a pleasant texture that effectively reduces redness. It is also lightweight and doesn't feel heavy on the face.
It rolls terribly!!!!
I am using this cream for the first time. I apply it on my cleansed face in the morning, and it does a great job of moisturizing my skin. However, after it absorbs, it starts to peel off like a peel (disappointed, maybe it's different for someone else...).
I didn't like this product at all. The only function it performs is moisturizing, but after applying it, the skin becomes greasy and shiny. What's even more unpleasant is that the cream rolls off very easily. Money wasted.
This cream is worthless! I didn't write a review right after the first use, even when I liked the cream and it seemed like the inflammation was going away, but then everything returned to square one! I have been using it for just over two weeks. Money thrown away! I will continue using it until the end because the cream smells nice and slightly moisturizes the skin.
This cream is very good. It soothes the skin, making it smooth and pleasant to the touch. It doesn't leave a film or feel sticky, nor does it shine on the skin. It's my favorite among the creams from this brand.
"An excellent remedy for oily skin."
I bought this product to try something new after using their Bioderma Sebium Hydra Moisturising Cream, but I'm really disappointed with it. It feels heavy and doesn't compare well to the previous one I purchased.
No effect whatsoever, difficult to apply, and rolls off incredibly easily.
I have never had a worse cream in my life! I applied it thinly on my face, and after 2 hours, it rolled off my face! Not only can't it be used as a base for makeup, but it's also better not to apply it at all! Terrible experience, I do not recommend it to anyone.
I have oily skin type.
The cream is really great. During the winter season, my facial skin tends to become extremely dry and even flakes. However, this cream does an excellent job of moisturizing it, soothing breakouts, and after using it for a couple of weeks, it seems like there is less flaking.
I completely disagree with the negative reviews. This product worked perfectly for my skin. I have very oily skin with breakouts and post-acne marks, and sometimes my nose gets flaky. My skin feels like paper to the touch. I have been using this cream for over a month now. I either have no breakouts at all or just a few small ones on my forehead. My skin feels moisturized and the post-acne marks have significantly lightened. I will definitely buy it again. I use it together with the blue facial cleanser from the same brand.
I have been using this cream for a month. I have mixed feelings about it. I used it in combination with Bioderma Sensibio gel and Bioderma Sebium. I have combination skin, young, with a few skin imperfections, and slightly sensitive.
1. Ingredients. The list starts with comedogenic substances. Polymers, silicones... They can clog pores.
2. Consistency. The consistency is generally good, it has a low consumption rate, but it needs to be spread well. Do not apply too much cream, as it will feel like a film and take a long time to absorb. It's better to remove any residue with a tissue. It has a slight matte finish, but it doesn't really prevent oily shine, after 2-3 hours, the T-zone becomes shiny again.
3. It does not eliminate the consequences of acne or post-acne, as the manufacturer claims in the product description... Based on my observations, the cream may contribute to the healing of pimples, as it contains zinc, which promotes healthy healing and does not leave marks after new breakouts.
At the same time, the cream soothes the skin well, reduces redness and flakiness. These are its healing properties, which the cream handles well. Overall, the cream is decent. However, the manufacturer claims more about it than it can actually deliver.
I would use it as needed, but not every day, as it can clog pores due to certain components.
Very questionable cream.
Does not reduce redness.
Peels off the face after about two hours.
However, it has a matte finish.
I do not recommend this product as it tends to roll off easily. Additionally, it leaves unpleasant sensations on the face.
Terrible cream that rolls off. I do not recommend it.
I bought it at the pharmacy. The cream slides off, you can't even touch your face. It also says on the label that it's a great makeup base. I spoke with a representative from Bioderma about this and they recommended using it alone. No additional toners or serums. Just cleansing and cream. But the situation hasn't changed. So I don't understand if this cream actually works at all, or if it just leaves a film on the skin, waiting to be washed off or easily rolled off with any touch.
This cream was perfect for me. Surprisingly, nothing at all rolls off. I also want to mention that it doesn't dry out the skin, but mattifies it. I have oily skin and it suited me perfectly. Additionally, it is not advertised as an acne healing cream, but rather intended for moisturizing problem skin. Perhaps the reasons why this cream didn't work for people lie not in the cream itself, but in the incorrect selection of cosmetics.
I experienced clogged pores, blackheads, and acne breakouts. This has never happened to me, even during my teenage years. I don't understand how this product can be marketed as suitable for combination and oily skin when it not only fails to solve the issues but actually worsens them.
The dermatologist recommended this cream. It has a pleasant scent and absorbs well into the skin. After using it, my skin feels soft and matte. It did not cause any irritations.
This is probably the best cream I have ever had in my 12 years of dealing with problematic and sensitive skin. It soothes and softens, eliminates minor inflammations, and slightly mattifies. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
This is an excellent product that effectively eliminates all redness and imperfections.
The dermatologist recommended this cream for preventing minor acne, so I bought it at the pharmacy.
Well, it's not the best product... I used it for about 2 weeks and it horribly clogged my pores, causing new breakouts. It's terrible.
In terms of effectiveness, it forms a film on the face that attracts all the dust, but it doesn't fully absorb. The only good thing about it is the pleasant smell. Overall, I'm very unsatisfied with this product and I do not recommend using it, as it might worsen the situation.
I haven't been using it for long, but so far I really like it.
Surprisingly, this product clogged my pores, leading to breakouts even in areas of my face where I have never had any before. The dense texture may not be suitable for summer.
I have been using it for 2 weeks now and the results are incredible!
I bought it not here, but at a pharmacy. The cosmetologist recommended this cream to me as a moisturizing cream for oily sensitive skin in the summer. I really liked it. The cream doesn't leave a greasy film. When applied, it gives a silky and matte finish, as if powdered. It applies well and doesn't roll off. I have been using it for 2 years already. For winter, I opt for a denser cream.
The cream matches the description and does not create a feeling of having cream on the face.
I was also recommended this product by a doctor from abroad. The cream is just okay. My skin feels oily in the morning (my skin is thin and slightly dry). There are products that are much better. I don't recommend it for those with thin skin.
