I waited for the Heavenly Neutral palette from the EU for longer than expected. It is a beautiful palette with subtle and cool colors. There are both matte and slightly shimmery shades. They stay well on the eyelids. I am satisfied with this palette :)
This palette is a good value for its price. The matte shades are not very pigmented, but the shimmery ones are absolutely stunning. They have a beautiful and rich color payoff, which I absolutely adore.
