The texture of this cream is more like an ointment, very thick and viscous. But oh, the effect it has! - The scent is strong, not for everyone. Those who prefer subtle, light scents like vanilla/coconut might not be satisfied.
- The texture is extremely thick. It's impossible to spread the cream after squeezing a pea-sized amount. You have to repeat it a couple of times just to cover the outer layer.
- It has a sticky texture. I thought of applying it on my body (as recommended), but for my dry skin, it's a terrible experience. It's unpleasant and difficult to apply, and I don't want to moisturize my skin with it before bed because everything will stick.
- It doesn't heal dryness on hands. At the beginning of winter, my boyfriend and I used Lipikar from La Roche-Posay because we ran out of hand cream. It turned out that it healed dryness and cracks perfectly. We've been using Skin Food for a couple of months now, and there's no reaction at all.
