In this case, they should either offer the option to buy it with a dispenser (letting the customer choose), or the seller (in this case, the makeup brand) could have clearly stated that the dispenser needs to be purchased separately. I received this dispenser, but it doesn't look like the one in the photo. It is entirely made of blue plastic, without the metallic part. I deducted points because the product doesn't match the photo, and nobody informed me about it.
