In my opinion, the effect is weak, but for this price, I wasn't expecting anything truly effective. So, it still manages to disinfect something.
Good cream. I use it as a makeup base. It is not greasy, absorbs quickly, and has a pleasant smell. It helps to heal minor skin imperfections.
