I have been using this mask for about a year now, and I can confidently say that it is incredible! I can't say that I regularly do masks, but I used this one several times a week at first (when I was still doing peeling), and the effect was felt quickly! Then I started using it every morning while brushing my teeth and when I needed to apply makeup (which is rare for me). If not in the morning, then in the evening after a hot shower. But this mask does require some time, as it initially extracts toxins from the skin (no breakouts as a result) and the results on my face are visible in a short time!
