Outline your lip contour, starting at the centre of the upper lip, moving towards the corners. Repeat on the lower lip. Blend out with a brush, if necessary.
I really liked this pencil. It has a texture similar to wax, with great pigmentation. It stays on well and keeps the shine/lipstick on the lips. The color 06 is a cool dark pink shade that goes well with many lipsticks.
These are extremely dry and difficult to apply.
