I have been using this manufacturer's shampoo for many years. The shampoo lathers well, has a gentle but long-lasting scent, and most importantly, it really gets rid of dandruff. However, I personally have encountered several BUTs:
1) This shampoo causes hair loss.
2) When used for an extended period, my scalp becomes oily within just one day, so it gets greasy very quickly.
3) It is almost impossible to switch to another shampoo, which becomes a real problem.
