This gel is good, and the entire series is good as well. It helps keep the feet in order. In my opinion, it won't help with severe cases. It treats advanced conditions (fungus, dryness, cracks), but with the help of this series, it helps maintain order.
I didn't notice any effect from this gel at all. I am not very satisfied with the purchase.
