I generally liked the cream, but I had an issue with the protective film (foil) as it was not properly attached.
Today I received the cream and when I unpacked it, there was no limit to my outrage. Firstly, the packaging was strange, as if it had been resealed, and when I opened the lid, the cream was not closed as usual. The cream had leaked halfway out of the jar, even though it is currently cold weather and heat cannot have an effect. I have been ordering from your store for a long time, but never before have I been sent a defective product. Of course, I will not be returning the cream to you; I immediately threw it away in the trash. However, I am disappointed in the wasted money and your disrespectful attitude towards a loyal customer.
What a fantastic formula! I wasn't expecting this! The cream is excellent in terms of quality and price. I will definitely take a closer look at other products from this brand.
My favorite cream, it refreshes, brightens, and firms the skin. It is just as effective as more expensive creams.
I also really liked it. It has a pleasant texture that absorbs well, and most importantly, it doesn't make my face feel tight. I will definitely try more products from this brand. Thank you to the store for the products and delivery.
