I have used this shampoo for the first time and I am incredibly satisfied! From the first use, my hair has become cool-toned, soft, and silky to the touch. I have highlighted hair, and the ends are usually frizzy because transitioning from black to blonde, as you can imagine, can be challenging. P.S. I used it together with the matching conditioner.
This toning shampoo is excellent. I can leave it on for up to 10 minutes to achieve a cooler tone compared to other shampoos. It minimally dries out my hair, especially when used with the conditioner from the same brand. I am satisfied.

I would like to add that I achieved the best effect from this shampoo using the reverse hair washing method. That means, I first use conditioner (also from Matrix, the volume series) on wet hair, and then apply the shampoo. This same principle also works when toning lightened hair, so I recommend trying this method for better toning effects and removing unwanted shades.
This is an excellent shampoo. I have roots with a tone of 8.1 and lengths with a tone of 9-10. My roots often wash out to a copper undertone, while the lightened lengths turn yellow. This shampoo effectively removes both the copper and yellow tones. It leaves my hair with a cool tone, without any unnecessary violet hues. I feel like this shampoo has a cumulative effect because the longer I use it, the more noticeable the results become. Another great thing about it is that it doesn't dry out my hair like other mass-market toning shampoos do. I will definitely purchase it again, as well as other Matrix products and shampoos.

I am a fan of Matrix and have tried many of their products, but this shampoo was a complete disappointment! I didn't see any results at all after using it. The shampoo doesn't lather well and doesn't spread evenly. I used up 1/4 of the 300ml bottle just for hair slightly past my shoulders. I do not recommend it!
This product worked perfectly for me. I have air-dried hair and I leave it on for up to 5 minutes, and it effectively removes yellow tones, giving me a nice cool blonde color. It's suitable for any hair type.
The shampoo may provide an effect for blondes, but for my light brown shade (7-8 tone), nothing has changed. It remained the same as before, with a hint of red. I washed my hair three times every other day, leaving it on for 10 minutes each time, but I don't see any noticeable difference at all.

I bought a shampoo of deep blue-violet color together with the matching conditioner. The effect may be there, but it's not very noticeable. It stains my nails and ears.
The hair quality is superb. It doesn't get tangled or frizzy, it feels soft, bouncy, and has a rich color. The root volume is also excellent, achieving a 100% result. My hair was damaged due to a sunburn spray, making its color cooler and lighter than in the photo, with a slight yellowish tone, like brass. However, using the shampoo, conditioner, and mask from this series has had no effect on changing the color. I use them every 2 days and will continue to use them as my regular shampoo.
It is possible that it tints very light hair, I had shade 7, did not take it and did not eliminate the yellowness.

This is a good shampoo that I use once a week (alternating with other shampoos every two weeks) to avoid excessive drying. I leave it on my hair for 5 minutes, and 1-2 minutes at the ends, and it does a great job of removing yellow tones.

The shampoo is not worth it, the tonic (amethyst) is better at removing yellowing. After using it, my scalp started itching (even during the washing process). The shampoo indicates that an allergy test should be done and waited for 48 hours, which I ignored and regretted. In terms of effectiveness, some parts of my hair turned blue (especially where it was heavily bleached due to highlights), and that's the only effect. I do not recommend the shampoo, it is not worth the money. The "amethyst" tonic is much more effective.
Great! I am very satisfied with the result of my highlighted "balayage", it gave a ash tone and removed the yellowish hue. I mixed this shampoo with my hair mask to prevent it from drying out (heard about this trick). I am happy with the result and highly recommend it.

I wash my hair with this shampoo once a week, leave it on for 5 minutes, and I am satisfied as if I had just come from the salon. It gives a nice cool shade and removes yellowing.

The shampoo is quite thick and lathers well. It has a pleasant smell. If you leave it on for about 10 minutes, your hair will take on a slightly ashy-violet shade. However, it doesn't work well with red hair. On the other hand, it turns yellow hair slightly blue. But a conditioner is necessary because it's difficult to comb just with shampoo alone.
