It doesn't work on my brown strands; instead, it makes my hair greasy.
Everything is great, I really liked the shampoo 😉
I have used this shampoo for the first time and I am incredibly satisfied! From the first use, my hair has become cool-toned, soft, and silky to the touch. I have highlighted hair, and the ends are usually frizzy because transitioning from black to blonde, as you can imagine, can be challenging. P.S. I used it together with the matching conditioner.
This toning shampoo is excellent. I can leave it on for up to 10 minutes to achieve a cooler tone compared to other shampoos. It minimally dries out my hair, especially when used with the conditioner from the same brand. I am satisfied.
This product has an accumulative effect, and after the second use, the color of the hair is fantastic.
Not about anything. Result 0.
It really works, it removes the redness after unsuccessful lighting.
To be honest, I was expecting more, but overall it's okay. Make sure to use gloves. It doesn't leave any traces on the stove or in the shower, just in case.
I would like to add that I achieved the best effect from this shampoo using the reverse hair washing method. That means, I first use conditioner (also from Matrix, the volume series) on wet hair, and then apply the shampoo. This same principle also works when toning lightened hair, so I recommend trying this method for better toning effects and removing unwanted shades.
This is an excellent shampoo. I have roots with a tone of 8.1 and lengths with a tone of 9-10. My roots often wash out to a copper undertone, while the lightened lengths turn yellow. This shampoo effectively removes both the copper and yellow tones. It leaves my hair with a cool tone, without any unnecessary violet hues. I feel like this shampoo has a cumulative effect because the longer I use it, the more noticeable the results become. Another great thing about it is that it doesn't dry out my hair like other mass-market toning shampoos do. I will definitely purchase it again, as well as other Matrix products and shampoos.
I highly recommend it. I consulted with the expert who explained to me how to use it and which color of shampoo to choose. Everything came together perfectly.
I have been using this shampoo together with the conditioner for six months now, and I noticed a visible effect after the first use! There is no yellowing, I highly recommend it!
This shampoo is the worst, it doesn't tone anything, and it leaves the hair feeling like straw. Additionally, it stains the hands and leaves a blue residue in the bathtub.
I transitioned from black to blonde with the help of this palette, and the intermediate stage was auburn. What I want to say is that the copper hair dye washes out well even after the first wash. I use it in conjunction with a blue mask (conditioner). I leave the shampoo on for 10 minutes first, then the mask for another 10 minutes. However, be careful as the bathtub and your hands might turn blue.
I bought the shampoo and mask. The packaging indicates that this series is for dark blonde and brunette shades. Since I have a dark blonde with a hint of red, I thought it would be a perfect fit. However, after the first use, there was no effect on my hair, even though I left the shampoo on for 5 minutes and the mask for 10 minutes using a timer (I also towel-dried my hair beforehand). The copper shade remained the same, with absolutely no neutralization or change whatsoever. I will continue testing it, hoping that it will work better next time and have a cumulative effect. But for now, I am disappointed.
I liked it, it does dry out a little, which is what I wanted, but not as much as Loreal, Estelle, or Concept. It rinses out well. The color became less coppery and slightly cooler.
The perfect shampoo! I've been using it for years. It doesn't dry out my hair, tones perfectly (I'm a blonde), and applies evenly. This is my go-to choice.
I was hesitant to start using all these toning products for a while, but my stylist strongly recommended them to me. Now I use them once or twice a week and I am extremely satisfied. The result is a beautiful cool shade.
I bought shampoo and a hair mask with the goal of getting rid of the yellowing of my hair from the airtouch technique. Both the shampoo and mask are blue in color and have a strong paint smell. The entire bathroom ends up covered in blue splashes. It does help eliminate the yellowing, but only temporarily. I don't recommend using these products every 3 days. As a gift with my order, they included a small bottle of Total Results Keep Me Vivid Shampoo, which I alternate with the blue shampoo. I actually liked the gift bottle better, as it leaves my hair salon-like and easy to style. The scent is amazing. I will only use the blue Matrix shampoo for getting rid of yellowing, not for daily hair washing. It's more like a hair toner for colored hair, even though it can be washed out. The mask, unfortunately, doesn't provide any nourishing substances for the hair.
It is very handy when you need to touch up yellow roots for coloring. As a blonde, I often face the problem of hair yellowing. This shampoo delivers results after just one wash.
It removes the red undertone, not completely of course, but the color changes and every time the hair color becomes different after washing the head. In principle, I am satisfied, I combine it with Matrix Total Results Brass Off Conditioner or apple cider vinegar, and the hair looks very good!
Great shampoo, haven't found a better toner yet! I've been using it since December and the color of my hair is nice. I also did the dyeing in December and attached a photo of my hair color now. I'm very satisfied with the shampoo. I use it when I see the cool tone fading, about once or twice a week.
I really liked this shampoo, it evenly tones, without darkening or leaving any stains. The quality is superb and it delicately removes the unpleasant yellow-orange color.
The shampoo is really cool, BUT I have a problem. Some parts of my hair have turned violet, while others have become more purple. It looks like a blind person dyed my hair.
The first impression after using it once is that it's a decent shampoo for the price. It doesn't dry out or make the hair frizzy, and it has a pleasant scent. I applied it without gloves and it stained my hands blue, but the dye quickly washed off. After coloring the roots with a new dye, there was a significant difference in hair color - "brassy" roots and lightened bleached ends. I didn't want to tone it again with semi-permanent dye as my hair was already damaged from years of coloring. The Brass off shampoo, combined with the conditioner from the same series, removed the warm undertone from the roots and made them lighter. Of course, the lighter strands took on an ashy tone, but overall, the hair color became more attractive. I think that with regular use, the color will become more even. I left the shampoo and conditioner on my hair for about 2 minutes.
It handles its task well, I have purchased it multiple times.
I want to write an ode to this shampoo. It is the best one I have ever tried, and believe me, I have tried plenty in my 20-year blonde journey. It doesn't dry out my hair and provides excellent toning. 100/100.
This shampoo was recommended by my stylist. I have highlights, and with this shampoo, there is absolutely no yellowing, it gives a very pleasant tone. I use it constantly. One bottle of this lasts me a year! It lathers well!
I didn't see any results at all. I left it on my hair for about 3 minutes, but nothing changed. However, I have no complaints about it as a regular shampoo - it leaves my hair feeling nice. But if you just want to wash your hair without color toning, it's too much hassle - gloves, purple splatters, and foam everywhere.
The hair dye color turned out to be less vibrant, but it doesn't dry out my hair. Overall, I'm satisfied because my hair is thin and porous, and I didn't want to tone it again. Thank you to the store for the delivery and service!
One of the best shampoos. I have air touch, my hair is bleached. Yes, it dries out the hair, but it does its job on my hair.
In short: I don't use it.
Disappointment. I purchased this shampoo along with the conditioner from the same series, but it was a waste of money as it also dries out my hair.
Honestly, there's nothing special about it. Well, it does remove a little bit of yellowing, and the conditioner from this series leaves your hair soft.
However, they have one huge drawback for me - when the shampoo accidentally got on my back while washing, I had a terrible allergic rash. Now I only wash with it separately. I know it's my own fault because there are instructions and all, but maybe this will save someone else and prevent them from repeating my mistakes.
I have been using the conditioner from this series, so my hair is not overly dry. It effectively removes yellow tones, but if left on for too long, strands turn blue. I don't like to leave it on my hair for extra time, I just wash and rinse, and then the shade looks nice.
The shampoo is good and effectively fulfills its function. It removes yellow tones, but it is only suitable for cool shades. On my warm blonde hair, it left streaks with a faint blue tint.
Amazing shampoo! I leave it on for about 4 minutes, and it tones and removes unwanted yellow tones. No need to rush to the salon! Just don't leave it on for too long, as it can be drying like other similar shampoos. The best part is that it's cheaper here, and as always, the website's efficiency is impressive. Go ahead and get it, I highly recommend it!
The shampoo is very ordinary. It does not remove yellowing.
This shampoo is good. It removes yellowing, but if you leave it on for too long, it will give a too grayish shade. However, overall, I am satisfied with it and recommend it.
I am completely dissatisfied with this shampoo! My hair strands have turned blue, which is too light for my liking. Additionally, the redness at the top of my head did not go away, and instead, my hair took on a dark shade. I do not recommend it! Matrix products are good for coloring hair, but this shampoo fails to fulfill its purpose and also damages the hair.
