The item arrived dried out, but they replaced it. However, the replacement also arrived dried out.
The lipstick in the shade 'magnificent' turned out to be bluish-gray, which was disappointing. However, what disappointed me the most was the pencil. It dried out right in the packaging, and when I opened the cap, it just crumbled into a pile on the table. The lipstick itself is not bad though.
