After using this shampoo along with the conditioner from the same series, my scalp and hair look very greasy the next day. Initially, everything was great, my hair was smooth and well-groomed, soft to the touch and shiny. But it seems to me that the shampoo has a cumulative effect because the more I use it, the less effective it becomes, to the point where the next day my hair feels as if it has been licked by a cow, not that there is no volume, but rather a feeling of having no hair at all. I washed with regular shampoo and voila - my hair and feeling of volume returned for two days. Therefore, I do not recommend it as a volumizing product, rather as a care product for tired, dry hair.
The volume is indeed there after using this shampoo, but on the second day, the hair looks terrible! Greasy and neglected. I had hopes that this would be the perfect solution for my oily hair, but no, I will continue my search.

This is my first encounter with this brand, and I must say it's love at first touch. Moreover, it's the first shampoo that actually gives a sense of increased hair volume. It doesn't weigh down or clump together, yet leaves the hair moisturized and smooth. The only thing I'm not a big fan of is the scent, it reminds me of the childhood shampoo "quack-quack" and some candies, but that's just a personal matter.

Diva didn't happen - it doesn't add any volume at all. However, overall, the shampoo is not bad, it lathers well for a sulfate-free one, and it easily detangles the hair even without conditioner. It takes a bit longer to rinse out, probably due to the silicones in the formula.

I have been using them for over a month now and have come to the following conclusions: the shampoo does not provide any volume at all. After washing and drying my hair, I had to use dry shampoo to add some volume to the roots. I used the conditioner throughout the length of my hair, avoiding the roots by about 4-6 cm. In the areas where I didn't use the conditioner, my hair became dry and tangled. Additionally, my hair started falling out, which had never happened before. The only positive aspect I can mention is the scent.

It doesn't work wonders with hair at all, there's no volume whatsoever. There are cheaper shampoos that are much better than this one. I've been using it for three weeks and my scalp has become terribly greasy after using it. I won't buy it again. Among the expensive ones, I recommend Paul Mitchell, it really works. CHI has good hair oils only.

I have thin hair and oily scalp! I wash my head every day! Don't expect any volume from it, it cleans the head well, leaves the hair soft and well-groomed, BUT they quickly become greasy - that's the main downside for me, especially in the summer!
This shampoo is not bad, but I only like it when used together with the same conditioner. On its own, it's not that great, but I like that it is gentle on the hair because it is sulfate-free, which is not common. After using it, I apply the conditioner from the same series to the length of my hair, excluding the roots(!). My hair becomes perfect, soft to the touch, easily manageable, can be blow-dried smoothly, doesn't get frizzy anywhere, and has some added volume.
This shampoo is really cool. I used to be hooked on the French brand PHYTO and was looking for a worthy alternative. Well, CHI is worth the money: the smell is amazing, my hair feels salon-fresh, and I noticed that it doesn't absorb any unwanted odors. The shampoo lasts a long time and lathers up nicely. So, after washing, my scalp itches a little for a while, and there is some volume (as much as the shampoo can give), but my hair quickly starts to look dirty. If I wash it in the morning, by evening it doesn't look great, which is surprising because I used to use the Chi series with argan oil (my hair would stay clean for two days), and my hair type is closer to dry.

Terrible! I fell for the consultant's persuasion and bought both the shampoo and conditioner. As a result, my hair feels and looks awful. It was impossible to style them with a hairdryer. I didn't get any shine, silkiness, or joy from this purchase ((((

Amazing shampoo! I have light, thin, curly, and dyed hair. I pay a lot of attention to preserving my curls. This shampoo is a perfect fit: my hair doesn't frizz, I have defined and beautiful curls, they look healthy, and most importantly, this shampoo completely lives up to its purpose - I've never had such a fabulous mane before.
The worst shampoo I have ever used, it dried out my hair terribly and dandruff appeared! When paired with the conditioner, my hair felt like straw! I should have moisturized and nourished them with expensive masks to avoid this disaster! In horror, I gave it to my mother - maybe it will work for her. I will not try anything else from this brand anymore, they should only be used for washing astronauts (they work with NASA).
