Starting at the back of the head, evenly apply the filler using a pipette (20 ml for short hair, 30 ml for medium-length hair, and 35 - 40 ml for long hair). Rub the product from the tips to the roots of the hair. Cover your hair with a towel or slightly heat it with a blow dryer, and leave for up to 5-10 minutes. Do not rinse.
