The shampoo effectively cleanses the hair. I have noticed that its performance also depends on the quality of water used. When I was in Europe, my hair looked amazing and fresh for two days after using this shampoo. However, in Ukraine, it seems to work less effectively. I would also advise against using it for every wash and suggest alternating it with other non-transparent colored shampoos.
This shampoo is absolutely terrible. Its composition includes the harshest cleansers. It tangles the hair and horribly dries it out, leaving it as dry as a sponge. The effect is similar to using the cheapest shampoos available. I do not recommend it, especially if you have colored hair.
This shampoo is really great. I have fine, bleached hair with airtouch technique and oily scalp. It cleanses excellently without drying out the length.
When I placed my order, I received a letter stating that I would receive it on October 10th. However, I received a call from the courier on October 13th. I did not receive any calls or letters from the makeup company regarding the delay. When I opened the package, I discovered that the shampoo was already opened. The packaging was clearly intact, so it couldn't have opened on its own. Additionally, it was packaged in a large box with plenty of paper.
I had previously ordered the same shampoo, but for unknown "technical reasons," it was never delivered according to the operator. I had to leave a negative review because I couldn't contact the makeup company through any other means. The automated response says that an operator will call back, but they never do.
As a result, I waited for almost 2 weeks for delivery and received this.
I have been using this shampoo for about 2 years. Before that, I used a moisturizing shampoo from a professional brand, so I never switched to or compared it with any mass-market shampoos. However, recently I couldn't order my usual one and bought a regular moisturizing shampoo from a store. My hair started falling out almost immediately. I don't believe in "wow" effects, but when I returned to this shampoo after a month of using a mass-market one, it had exactly that effect - the amount of hair in the drain and on my brush decreased by half.
I have porous and dry hair, and this product was perfect for me. It strengthens my hair and even the next day, my hair still looks clean (unlike with other shampoos where it's obvious that my scalp isn't fresh). Although the stylist mentioned that the effect of this shampoo would be more noticeable on severely damaged hair, I personally needed a moisturizing one. I will try the stylist's recommendation, but for now, I have no complaints about this product.
