I read in a review on another website that this is a super moisturizing and "heavy" balm, and I thought it was just what I needed. My hair is dry and curly. But in reality, this balm is terrible, it just makes the hair thicker and slightly softer, but there is no super moisturizing or silkiness at all. On the second day, my hair becomes extremely dry. It's also not easier to comb. I used it together with Paul's tea tree and lemon shampoo, and tried closing with the same conditioner - the conditioner did not improve the result. I will use it together with the moisture spray from the same series, but this product is clearly not worth the money.
The balm is wonderful! I use it like this: shampoo, conditioner, The Detangler, Super Skinny Serum. And my loofah looks healthy and silky))). If I skip something, there is no effect. Yes, the conditioner does not make combing easier, and there is no point in using only shampoo with conditioner. But if I'm in a hurry and skip this conditioner (it needs to be left on for 5-10 minutes), then I regret it a lot later. It is indispensable for me. My hair is dry, extremely dry. Even the straightener doesn't remove the volume. My hairdresser is shocked))).
I am disappointed with this product. It only slightly softens the hair and that's it. The hair becomes tangled and dry. It is expensive and useless. I will not buy it again.
I was incredibly disappointed(( with my hair after bleaching, I thought this conditioner would work for me. But alas, my hair looks worse after using it and it is impossible to comb through. And the scent is like grandma's cream. It's a pity that I wasted my money. I feel let down, and I no longer have hope of finding a product that will make combing and reviving my hair easier.

Amazing balm! My must-have now. After using it, my hair feels like in the commercials - silky, shiny, and thick. The only thing is that your hair should really be damaged and dry to benefit from it. Often, negative reviews about great products are precisely due to incorrect product selection or misjudgment of hair condition.

This series is simply perfect for my highlighted, thin, and somewhat dry hair. If before, on the second day after washing my hair, it would look somewhat dirty, with this series I can easily go for 2 days and my hair feels very soft. The balm is terrible, it makes your hair impossible to comb, and it doesn't moisturize at all. It's the most useless purchase... I don't recommend it to anyone.
