The eyeshadows do not correspond to the description, namely: "The delicate, powdery texture of the product applies smoothly to the eyelids and blends beautifully. Apply evenly to the eyelids with a brush or applicator using light strokes." I am usually satisfied with Chanel products as it is my favorite brand, but not this time. I did not want to write this review for a long time, but it has become unbearable. I purchased the product on October 20, 2021, in color #814 silver pink (initially ordered #804 and then asked the manager to change the color to #814). At the time of purchase, I was disappointed with my choice - the color does not match the name. According to the name and color in the photo, it should be a transition from dark pink to lilac, which is what I wanted to buy, but it turned out to be shiny brown with a slight hint of red. I could have tolerated that, but the texture itself is very dry from the first use. It barely applies to the brush, let alone the eyelid. I was hoping that it was just the top layer and that it would become more oily underneath, but unfortunately not. I rarely use these eyeshadows, I didn't give them a chance to dry out, but unfortunately, they have become so dry that it is impossible to apply them to the eyelid. They fall onto the face and clothes. The expiration date on the packaging was normal at the time of purchase. I'm very sorry that it turned out this way, especially since I hardly used them (attached photo). Conclusion: PRICE AND QUALITY DO NOT MATCH. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
These eyeshadows are great with a pleasant creamy texture. I got them in the lightest basic shade 804 for everyday use. In reality, the shade leans more towards dusty pink rather than beige gold.
Great eyeshadows! Just hope they don't dry out... All the Chanel ones I had for some reason dried out. They are still usable, but not as easy to use (after drying out).
