Apply daily to dry, cleansed skin. Spread evenly and wait until absorbed.
This product is terrible. I have oily skin and the toner did not remove the shine, but instead dried out my skin. My skin started peeling and it felt as rough as sandpaper. I do not recommend it, as it did not remove blackheads either.
Alcohol tonic. This is inherently harmful to any skin type. Therefore, it is more beneficial to wipe with vinegar or simply alcohol mixed with water if you need disinfection. And not waste money on this harmful tonic.
Please note that the tonic contains ethyl alcohol. Therefore, it may not be suitable for dry skin. I have combination skin, so it works fine for me. It cleanses well.
