Very good cream. I have been using it for several years now. I have mature skin and it completely satisfies me. I haven't really noticed its effectiveness in combating redness.
I really liked this cream. I have sensitive skin that is prone to redness and flaking. No cream has ever helped. After using this cream, the flaking disappeared on the second day, and my facial skin has an even tone and feels pleasant to the touch. I have been using it for only a week, and the results are noticeable. I highly recommend it.
The cream is really great. It was recommended to me by a dermatologist. It is better than most of the more expensive creams I have used. It moisturizes well, doesn't tighten the skin at all, and you don't feel it on your skin after 10 minutes of applying. It's just pure comfort!

I have been using this cream for 8 months now. I have sensitive skin with rosacea. When I started using the cream, my skin was also dry and dehydrated, and it was flaking.
Regarding the rosacea, I can say that the cream had a great effect in the first few weeks of use. I was impressed as the redness really disappeared and my skin tone became more even. However, after a while, I think my skin got used to the cream and I no longer noticed such a wow effect. Now, maybe the redness has decreased a little, but it is hardly noticeable (or not noticeable at all).
As for the dryness, I have no complaints. The cream managed to improve the condition of my skin and now it no longer bothers me. Other creams didn't work.
The main downside is the tube itself, which still contains a lot of cream even when it cannot be squeezed out anymore. The photo shows what was left at the bottom of two tubes. I collected everything in one jar and weighed it. Without considering the jar, it was 15 grams of cream. So, if you don't cut open the packaging, you end up throwing away almost a quarter of the cream (a little less). In a few months, you can consider a whole tube as waste.
I apply the cream twice a day, and it lasts me about a month, plus I can still get some leftovers for about a week.
Although there are some downsides and I no longer see the effect on my rosacea, I continue using it because it is really comfortable for me. I would be grateful if you could recommend an alternative that I could try!

I found this cream to be confusing. It is advertised as being for rosacea-prone skin, but I have combination skin with rosacea symptoms. During winter and cold weather, my face feels hot, turns red, and tightens. I decided to try this cream hoping it would help reduce redness, soothe the burning sensation, and moisturize my skin. I used the cream for a week, and it only relieved the burning sensation. The redness remained, and the cream was very greasy and sticky, making my face feel like a greasy pancake. Recently, I decided to purchase the La Roche-Posay Pure Vitamin C serum, and oh, what a miracle! From the very first application, the redness disappeared, and my skin became white and moisturized. There was no more burning sensation or discomfort, and my skin did not feel tight. Finally, I found a product that actually helped with my rosacea. I believe it's better to invest in one good product rather than buying 10 cheap jars.
I didn't expect anything other than moisturization, but it actually evened out my skin tone. I haven't had such smooth skin in a long time. It moisturizes adequately.

It slightly calmed my skin and made it more comfortable, but if you have more severe needs, you shouldn't expect a miraculous result. It didn't help with my dry-prone skin at all. Since it was recommended to me as a replacement for my daytime cream, the tightness sensation was a bit bothersome. I am very satisfied with the cream as the redness did not decrease, but the condition of my skin did not worsen either. I use it twice a day: in the morning, as a base for makeup (I apply a small amount of foundation for aesthetic purposes, to even out my skin tone and hide the redness), and in the evening. I use it year-round. I haven't found anything better in the last 3 years, and I won't even try to. I definitely recommend it and will definitely order it in the future. The price is reasonable.
I am trying this cream for the first time; previously I only used a sample once. I have been using it for more than 10 days and everything is good, even great! My skin is actually less red (I have signs of couperose). It moisturizes well, and I use it in the morning and evening. The only thing is that in the morning and evening, my nose gets slightly oily (it wasn't like that before).

I bought the cream a couple of months ago after reading reviews. My skin is prone to rosacea. After a week, a red spot appeared on my right cheek, on my cheekbone and above my eyebrow, which itched unbearably. I stopped using any products except for the toner and left the cream for a couple of weeks. The spot disappeared. I initially blamed my diet, my cat, and allergies... and decided to start using the cream again. The next morning, good day, I became a deer, I had redness and peeling in the same area again... Now I can use them on my heels. I absolutely do not recommend it!!
