Perfect for oily skin, I have been using this product based on a recommendation from a dermatologist.

It was a perfect fit! I have oily skin and sometimes experience breakouts in the chin area, and the main concern was perioral dermatitis. After two weeks of using it, the situation improved significantly! There were no breakouts during this period and the old ones healed. The area affected by dermatitis reduced in size and became brighter. This is the only gel that worked for me.

I went to a cosmetologist who recommended this product for combination skin. However, as a result, my skin became sensitive. I developed burns, red patches, and peeling skin. On top of that, the cosmetologist also advised me to use a more aggressive product 2-3 times a week. But even without it, my skin became dry. Therefore, in my opinion, this product is more suitable for oily and problematic skin.

This product is very drying for the skin. I do not recommend it.

I use it to cleanse my face after removing makeup with micellar water. And 2-3 times a week, after using the gel, I also cleanse my skin with an enzymatic powder for deep cleansing. Of course, one gel won't solve the problem of breakouts; a comprehensive approach under the supervision of a cosmetologist is necessary. However, the cleansing stage plays a crucial role, so the product must be of high quality. I highly recommend it.

I didn't like it. The product is advertised for oily skin, but it doesn't have any effect on my combination skin at all. It doesn't dry out my skin, but it also doesn't cleanse it enough. After two weeks of use, I started getting closed comedones. I had been using a gel from another brand for 3 years before this, and I never had any issues like comedones. I use it with a moisturizing cream because it can slightly dry out my skin after washing. I have noticed fewer breakouts and less oiliness since using it. The cleansing is very poor. It needs to be applied twice, or even three times. The consistency is too liquid and it is not cost-effective. The scent is TERRIBLE!!! It is repugnant, a sharp men's cologne from 1975((( in this price range, La Roche Effaclar is my must-have! These two products are not comparable at all. I recommend starting with a sample of Bioderma.

The scent is pleasant, not sticky in my opinion! However, one downside is that I have combination skin and it excessively dries it out.
