Toothpaste for Sensitive Teeth Elmex Sensitive Toothpaste

I tried this toothpaste for the first time after reading some reviews, and I am very satisfied. It cleans excellently and is a great toothpaste.

I bought this for my mom who has sensitive teeth. She's happy with it, so everything is great.

I usually like Elmex toothpaste, but I've never seen packaging like this before. Maybe I'm missing something, but it's almost impossible to open, even with a knife or scissors. It shouldn't be this difficult.

Please update the product description on your website. It states that the toothpaste contains amine fluoride (Olaflur), but the one I received has a different form of fluoride—sodium fluoride. I specifically ordered this toothpaste for the amine fluoride, so I'm disappointed.
