A luxurious cream at a reasonable price. It moisturizes, nourishes, and softens. Truly "allergy friendly".
The cream indeed has a specific smell, it reminds me not of a child's, but rather of a medical one. Although the scent is not very strong. However, everything else is excellent. It moisturizes BETTER than greasy creams like Neutrogena, Nivea, or La Roche Cicaplast. It has a pleasant lightweight texture that absorbs quickly. I bought it for taking care of the skin around the nails, and I am very satisfied with the result. The urea in the cream immediately softens all roughness, removes dryness. The nails look as if they have just come from a salon. There is no greasy film left after use, the skin is tender and pleasant. It is quite economical, I use a small pea-sized amount. I hope you will like it as much as I do.
I approach this brand with caution because not all of their products have impressed me. However, I decided to try this cream when it was on sale, and surprisingly, it turned out to be really good. It provides excellent moisturization and has a pleasant texture. I noticed some comments below mentioning an unpleasant smell, but personally, I find it to be fine. It reminds me of a baby cream.

A valuable cream with a gentle and caring formula. I have chronic dermatitis, and my skin is always dry. This cream moisturizes well and tightens the skin, and it also partially conceals lichenification. I have been using it for several months and I am satisfied. The scent is a bit strong, reminiscent of baby cream.
Terrible smell! Excessively perfumed, the scent is chemically overpowering and completely discourages any desire to use this cream. I can only give it one star for its decent moisturizing properties (thanks to the 5% urea content). However, the fragrance completely nullifies any advantages for me personally.
Moisturizes well - no wonder, with 5% urea in third place in the composition. But oh, how overpoweringly scented it is! The intense cosmetic-chemical fragrance is so strong that even after applying it to my hands, I still walk around in a cloud of these fumes for half a day. The day I find a minimally scented and effective hand cream will probably be a celebration, but for now, this is just another mediocre purchase. And to think that the Sebamed brand was created by a doctor primarily to solve dermatological problems, and secondarily for cosmetic purposes. Why so much fragrance?! The question is rhetorical, unfortunately the manufacturer won't answer it, but as a customer, I have drawn my own conclusions.

This is an excellent cream that provides long-lasting hydration. The instant effect is remarkable, and I was pleasantly surprised by its incredibly pleasant scent!
The cream is really great, it absorbs immediately, and you don't feel like you've got silicone goo on your hands. I'm very satisfied. Soft, smooth hands.
